(HKRN) Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam: A Great Opportunity for All Job Seekers

Haryana has recently come out with a new and innovative scheme to bridge the demand-and-supply gap of skilled blue collar workers that has emerged in the state after the closure of the artificial textile hubs. The Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) will establish training centres where people could be trained for different vocations, including in mending and tailoring clothes, carpentry, welding, plumbing, electronics, plumbing, auto mechanics and fabrication.

These training centres will be established as a partnership between private players and the Government of Haryana (GoH). The government will provide land and grants for building amenities such as gymnasiums. There will also be financial assistance from state agencies to build these facilities. After completing their training period successfully at any of these centres, candidates will receive certificates which can help them find jobs in local industries.
